Since the start of her career, Hana’s strength has been finding solutions to resolve issues. She spent several years working in different roles in development at a major international software company. This gave Hana detailed understanding of the life cycle of applications and the support process. She gained experience as a Development Support Consultant, Team Product Owner and later as a Global Support Manager for a partner company where she was responsible for the 24/7 support department.

Hana joined PREFIS in 2017 to enhance our Customer Support department. She oversees our team as they deliver quality and efficient customer service. Her strong customer focus and specialization in process optimization, application of best practices in support services (ITIL) and the satisfaction of both her team and our clients make her the right person in the right place.
She is skilled in Support Analysis, Support Procedures, Support Management, Monitoring, Reporting, understanding Application Lifecycle Management and working with Development (bug fixes & new development).

Hana focuses on areas of personal growth and psychology as well as healthy living. Regular exercise and proper food choices keep her at her best.
